CAP IT! COVERS was conceptualized and created by Cinematographer, Edd Lukas. As an active DP Edd has worked on dozens of films- his journey has taken him across 7 different continents and a wealth of countries- garnering multiple awards and accolades in the process. It was during this time on set that Edd recognised the need for fast, affordable protection for his equipment…

“Usually “bagging” a camera when it starts to rain takes even the best AC’s 10 minutes to do the job properly- and then it often encompasses shower curtains, grip clips and the alike – then its a pain to change settings on the camera, swing lenses, swap memory cards, flip batteries etc.
I wanted to find a fast, affordable and easy way to tackle this problem. It was important to me that the solution was simple, affordable and worked with the ever changing technologies- like the touch screens that control so many of todays monitors and cameras.
